According to authorities in Tuscarawas county there was a report made of a decomposed body found on north orchard road in sandy township.
The body was in a location over an embankment of the side of the road and authorities say it may have been there for some time.
They will be working with the coroners office to confirm the bodies identity. There were no immediate signs of trauma.
