A Kennewick man has been found guilty of Second-Degree Murder, and First-Degree Arson after a body was found inside a scorched Benton County home last year.

In addition, we're told the jury has also found 68-year-old Brian Wilcox had used a firearm to commit the murder of his wife, Cathy Wilcox.

Following the trial, Wilcox remains at the Benton County Jail on a no bail-hold.

Benton County's Prosecuting Attorney says in a release, that a sentencing date is yet to be determined.
