WASHINGTON – A Virginia woman who was reportedly staying in a home where authorities last week found five fetuses also has a pending case in Genesee County Circuit Court, county and federal court records show.

Lauren Handy of Alexandria, Virginia, was staying in a home located in the 400 block of 6th Street, SE, where officers from the Metropolitan Police Department on Wednesday, March 30, found five fetuses while investigating a tip regarding potential bio-hazard material.
